This batch makes 10 bags at a time. Add all ingredients to a bowl, stir together really well & then add approx 386G to each of the 10 bags.
Ingredients:
2900g All purpose flour
600g granulated sugar
160g baking powder
100g dehydrated sourdough starter (Can be substituted with flour if you prefer non-sourdough mix.)
45g Pumpkin Pie Spice
40g salt
20g baking soda
Instructions to place on label for customer:
Mix contents of bag, 1 3/4 cup milk, 1 egg, 1/4 cup melted butter, and 2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: Stir in ¼ cup pumpkin purée for extra pumpkin flavor and a softer, more moist pancake. No other adjustments are needed.
